Your System Set-up.
You can organize yourself to work with your Image System either as a Mobile or
a Permanent Work-Station.
Mobile Work-Station
You will adopt the mobile work-station approach when participating in a special
event. A special event can be, for example, any of the following:
- A school function, such as Opening Day, Graduation, Christmas, Easter,
Sporting Event, Fund Raising Campaign, etc.
- A corporation employee meeting
- A political rally
- A parade
- A festival
- An exhibition of any type
Keep in mind that you offer a product and service which perfectly fits any of the
above occasions. Why?
- Your product is customized. Each buyer will purchase an object, a framed
picture, a mug, a T-shirt, a cap, a postcard, etc. which will be distinctly and
uniquely his/hers.
Your product is customized in 2 ways:
- By including the picture of the person in the end product.
- By making the picture part of a template which is tailored to the event.
For example, at a school graduation ceremeony, you may have a
template representing the school and with a script "West Valley High
School Class of 1997". The template will include a space where you
will then 'snap in' the face of the student.
- Your product is of the highest quality possible thanks to the technology
explained in these web pages. Common sense, confirmed by endless
examples, tells us that quality counts, especially in a product which, in its
own way, performs 3 functions:
- To remind the buyer of a special occasion. Your customer buys from
you an object designed to stir the memory of a particular event (or
person) every time he/she looks at it.
- To stire and renew in the buyer a feeling of pleasure at the sight of the
object - it is the magic of art that gives us aesthetic pleasure. The fine
quality object which you offer reproduces in it own way, the magic of
art. The collections of mugs, ceramic and other objects found in

Note also that with fund raising events, it is quite realistic to realize in one
event the total profit of one month. Imagine an event with an attendance
of 5,000 people where 10% purchase a customized souvenir. This means
500 sales!

The Number of Sales per hour tells you how many of each item you need to sell
in order to achieve the profit target. As you can see, the numbers are small,
proving that you will achieve the targeted profit even with a conservative
forecast.
Permanent Work-Station You can set up a Permanent Work-Station in a mall,
hotel, restaurant, department store or any other high-traffic area.
The above calculations apply.
Note also that having a permanent work-station will NOT prevent you
from removing part of it and bringing it with you to a special event, thus
temporarily converting your Permanent Work-Station into a Mobile
Work-Station.
