Answer: To recharge your toner cartridge(s), you don't need much more than the standard screwdriver or pair of pliers that most people have around the house. No special toner recharging tool is required, but it may be advisable to get a funnel cap to make it easier to funnel the new toner into your cartridge's toner hopper.
