Question: If your remanufactured laser cartridges are so good, why do you offer genuine OEM cartridges, too?

Answer: We have no reservations about the quality of our remanufactured laser cartridges. The reason we offer both OEMs and remanufactured laser cartridges is because many of our customers recharge their own toner cartridges, and some of them prefer to start off with a new OEM cartridge, and refill it several times before getting another new OEM cartridge to replace it and start the cycle all over again.
