Hi
Quite a while ago I purchased the Epson cartridge resetting program and I wanted you to know it works like a charm, I was able to fill and reset my Epson cartridges 6 times before the cartridges quality went bad. My question is can i purchase refill ink in the single 2.35 oz bottles because i still have the the 12 cc syringes from my first kit I purchased from you.  If the answer is yes can i have a price list of the single bottles of ink.

Just a note to say how much I like your inkjet refill kits. I've used your kits 
on the black and color cartridges for my HP610cl printer, and I just ordered a black refill kit for my HP550C. I also ordered a new cartridge for the 550C, since I ruined my old one with a no-good universal kit that I had previously purchased!
I have two questions: Will the color cartridge refill kit I got for the 610cl 
work on the 550C color cartridge? Also, will your black and color inks I 
purchased for the 610cl work in the 550C?

Thank you for your response. In today's day and age, it's heart warming to find "people" at the other end of the e-mail link.
Good news. Evidently the print head or the print cartridge was in need of help.
I originally cleaned the print head (as you suggested) prior to the 'arrival' of  your response. And originally it had no effect. The next day, I tried another refilled color cartridge and after about 45 minutes of 'sitting' the color printing returned, however, the black (on white) printing 'left.' I tried another black cartridge and, again, after a short while the black printing returned everything seems to be working fine now. It's comforting to know that the software ultimately has no influence on the hard drive.
Thanks for the opportunity to "save, big time" by refilling, and providing a 
"work-around" for the notorious "chip."
I am really very happy with the product, even more so now, knowing that there are actually "people" to help.

Just some feedback. I bought your refill kit last April for my Canon BJC-6000. Though skeptical at first, once I got the hang of it I was able to refill the cartridges in less than 30 minutes complete, including cleanup. Considering the fact that my kids love printing, your kit has saved me many times over the cost of the kit.
Two questions. I started to notice that places like Sam's Club have "Universal" refill kits. Are your inks different for different printer manufacturers, or are the all the same? Also, when should (if ever) I clean the cartridge (other than using the maintenance utility)? I was curious, as I notice that you sell cartridge cleaners.

Guess what? IT WORKS!!! I set it up and went to work. My wife said that it was cycling thru two or three times up to 8 and she shut it off. When I came back from work, the out of ink lite was out on the printer and I printed a good test page in both black and color! -- And I haven't even filled the color tanks yet!

Well, I must say, in addition to being able to "talk" to a real live person ( I presume you are not just some "HI-TECH" answering machine) it is quite refreshing to receive a thoughtful response to a question.
Obviously, it will not affect how YOU feel, although it will partially excuse my dumb questions to ME---but, I should not have attempted doing ANYTHING at the exact time I initially attempted to refill the printer cartridge. Partial sedation is not a desirable component of a "recipe" for any such task.

alcohol?)

Next thing we will have to work out is how to reduce the mailing costs, your product is costing me double just to get it here (England), and in spite of that, if your inks are truly good and refill at least the minimum they say they will it will only be a fifth of the price I would have to pay here for the equivalent amount of ink cartridges. It is worth it.

Today I received my order sent on Tues. Before I found you with a search engine, I had previously ordered thru a TV advertiser (begins w/U). They charged me an extra $5 than advertised for express shipping. Their express shipping took 4 weeks to get here.
Your web site was easy, you spell out shipping options clearly, and you got it here in 2 days as you said you would. Looking at the product, you also supply a lot more ink at the same price and at less shipping than the 4 week express. Service and quality, I'll be back.
