- When ordering by mail, to ensure proper and quick delivery, please include the part number,
quantity, complete item description and any other relevant information for each item you wish to
order. We accept personal checks, money orders, DISCOVER , VISA, & MasterCard. Please
include card number, and expiration date for charge card orders. Unless prior arrangements
have been made, we ship to the address at which the card is registered. This is to protect the
customer from unauthorized use of his/her card.

Shipping charges
- Domestic shipments are normally made via UPS Ground. Please allow 7 to 10 days after
ordering for delivery.
- UPS Next Day, UPS BLUE (second day) and UPS ORANGE (3 day) delivery is also available.
- For COD (cash on delivery) please add $4.75.
- Shipping charges vary depending on item, quantity and assortments. Minimum shipping and
handling charge is $8.00. Please call (503) 626-2291 for accurate shipping charges.
Purchase Orders
- Purchase Orders are accepted from National Accounts ONLY. Minimum Purchase Order is
$40.00 not including shipping.
Back ordered Products
- If we cannot ship your order for whatever reason, we will inform you and give you the option to
wait or cancel your order. In no case will we charge your credit card before the product is ready
to ship.Items ordered together may be shipped in multiple boxes. If your package arrives
incomplete, please check the packing list ti verify if the missing items are on back order. If the
item(s) are NOT on back order then the remaining package(s) will arrive within the next few
days.
Damaged shipments
- If you receive a package that has been damaged en route to you by UPS, in order to resolve the
situation as quickly as possible, please call the local UPS office immediately (request a
representative to pick up the damaged goods). Notify us by phone (503) 626-2291 to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. Securely repack the merchandise, being sure to include the white
packing slip that was included with your order and attach a note to it explaining the situation.

Returns and Exchanges
- To return an item you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call
(503) 626-2291 and obtain the number. Place RMA number on the carton and inside the
returned package. Return package prepaid to 14250 NW Science Park Drive - Portland, OR
97229. An RMA number is valid for 10 days, plus shipping time.
Product and Price Changes
- Because Computer Friends, Inc. constantly strives to improve existing products, the
specifications, appearance and price of each product are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
- Computer Friends, Inc. guarantees all the products to meet their specifications and complete
customer satisfaction. On most items there is a 100% refund if the product is returned complete
and undamaged within 20 days (less shipping charges). If items are missing or damaged, the
relevant cost of the missing or damaged item is not refunded. If an item is bundled with standard
and proprietary software some restrictions may apply to software refunds. Please inquire at time
of order.
